It's been a while, hasn't it?

Wow.  Well, since moving in with dad, heh heh, let's just say we didn't get along in the long run.  I'm off on my own now, working labor and saving up money to A) get a new car and B) get back into college.

lessee... What's happened since the last journal...  Well, I had one car partially catch fire during a Chicago-central Illinois trip.  After that, I had a truck I later named Peeves that at one point refused to start for no good reason at all.  Once we (redneck friends and I) got it going again, it's engine later disintegrated... As in CHUNKS of metal were found in the oil.  Then I got a stratus, and promptly got into a pileup crash.  I cobbled it back together from pieces of other died cars, so now it's a FrankenStratus.  It's starting to die on me again recently.

um... Got hired at a convenience corner store, then I left Chicago and came back home to good ol' Central Illinois, where it's possible to actually breathe and not inhale carcinogens and exhaust, and one can actually see the stars at night.

yeah.  Turns out city life doesn't really suit me.

Beyond that, I kinda had a whirlwind romance, it ended fairly amicably, we're still friends, so that's cool.  And I've started writing fan fiction for Wapsi Square (the original comic is made by Paul Taylor), along with several other co-authors.

Oh, and I got an art commission(!), but due to crazy life, it's slow going.  I am extremely grateful the... Uh... Commissioner(?) didn't set a due date.
